Condolences for Gaioz Sanadze

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our esteemed colleague and friend, Gaioz Sanadze, who served as the Director of the Georgian Central Securities Depository. Over the course of 32 years, Gaioz dedicated his efforts to the advancement of exchange and depository activities in Georgia. A physicist by education, he played a pivotal role in establishing and developing both the Caucasus Exchange and the Georgian Stock Exchange, as well as the Central Depository. He also founded the first broker school in Georgia and published a professional manual. In addition to his professional contributions, Gaioz lectured at leading universities in Georgia, educating countless students on the fundamentals of investment industry. His legacy will be remembered for his significant contributions to the development of the Georgian capital market.
